Anthony Carey is an experienced British painter with national exposure. Inspired by personal experiences, culture and his South Devon location, he shifts between highly detailed landscapes that capture the outstanding beauty of the English countryside and vibrant and spontaneous still life works.
With a style which is instantly recognisable, Carey blends modernist and traditional techniques with ease, ultimately achieving a body of work that is at once familiar and fresh.
